SKYTEAM / TONELLI 125cc 2013 ADR COMPLIANT ROAD REGISTERABLE
This is an Australian delivered Skyteam motorcycle under the brand name Tonelli.
This was their highest spec Skyteam Honda Monkey Copy, with the most amount of accessories, chrome and larger tank capacity, larger seat to make the appearance of a Honda Gorilla.
This high spec was given the name of LeMans.
This model has an extended frame in the upper part of the frame to accommodate larger engines using common bolt patterns.
It also comes with wider forks, larger conventional handlebars, double piston duel disc brakes and road bike gearing, with a 4 speed, chrome engine, manual clutch, high / low beam.
And the Speedo, which could be used up to 120km.
The bike is 30% bigger because of the longer swing arm and longer frame, higher handlebars, longer shocks and larger 10-inch wheels, which makes the bike a lot more stable and gives the bike a larger wheelbase, which allows it to do the highest speeds compared to its small monkey predecessor.
This bike is currently for sale and would make a great project to include some new parts and be ridden. Or you could use this motorcycle as a good base and swap out some existing parts or have an existing motorcycle that you have and give you a good handling frame and a fantastic way to start a fun project at a very affordable price and having it fully ADR approved for a 125 CC.
This bike is road registerable in all states of Australia.
Approximately 500 of these motorcycles have been imported into Australia, some with monkey seat combinations some with gorilla seat combinations.
Overall, the bike is good value for money and presents a quality build base.
